Anthony Fournier
Chairman of Alcazar
Anthony began his entrepreneurial journey by launching De Roval Champagne, expanding it to over 15 international markets with a dedicated team of 70. He then broadened his investment footprint across Spain, London, and Dubai, building and backing ventures in real estate, hospitality, premium consumer goods, digital marketing, and finance.
With a vision to structure and scale these initiatives under a single, high-performing entity, Anthony established Alcazar—to create long-term value across asset classes and deliver strategic opportunities for institutional partners, investors, and family offices worldwide.
Alexandre Borelli
CEO Latin America
Alexandre Borelli is a senior executive with over 17 years of experience in the international private banking sector. He began his career in 2008 at Banca della Svizzera Italiana in Geneva, then developed BSI Bank Panama (2014–17) and After its acquisition by EFG, he relocated to Montevideo in 2017 as Vice President of EFG Uruguay.
From 2023 to 2025 he worked independently with CKC Wealth Management Group in Montevideo. In 2025, Alexandre joined Alcazar Group to lead business development in the Latin American region – He is now spearheading initiatives ranging from reforestation programs to real‑estate development projects, blending ecological stewardship with infrastructural growth. His vision concentrates on strategic moves designed to reinforce the group’s market leadership and drive sustainable, long‑term value.
His deep knowledge in Private Banking and Wealth Management is set to enhance the group’s Wealth Management offerings across all operations.
Aldo Durand
Business Development
Experienced professional in sustainable tourism destination management, with a strong background in community development and strategic partnerships. His work focuses on designing impactful projects that promote responsible tourism while strengthening the cultural identity of local communities.
Currently, he serves as President of the Ente Gestor Playas del Norte, a public-private platform working alongside the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) and regional and local governments in Piura and Tumbes to position the region as a benchmark for sustainable tourism.
He is also the founder and creator of the Pacific Whales Festival, a key event aimed at empowering local communities by recognizing the humpback whale as a flagship species for the region’s environmental and cultural identity. Committed to education and leadership in tourism, he regularly conducts seminars and workshops on tourism planning and sustainability, fostering the development of new key players in the sector.
Alessandra Abad

Senior Executive with over 15 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, and commercial expansion within the tech, online advertising, and digital marketing industries. I have led growth strategies and value-driven initiatives in top-tier companies and startups, including Headway Digital (Mediamath’s representative in Latin America), IPG Mediabrands (the world’s #1 global advertising agency), and Get on Board, where I’m part of the founding team of Latam’s leading tech recruitment platform.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated with world-class clients such as Nestlé, Walmart, KLM-AirFrance, Mercado Libre, AB InBev, Uber, C&W, Unilever, Scotiabank, NotCo, NTT Data, Vacasa, Credicorp, Huawei, among others. My expertise lies in building strategic relationships, optimizing commercial processes, and driving tangible results in high-impact ecosystems.
